Re: WHAT YOU DID TO YOUR TRUCK TODAY!Took the rotten side steps off.
![]() Drained the fuel filter to find out why she stopped on the way home last night, with the plunger pulled in on filter housing. The decanted 'fuel' smells a bit suspicious to say the least. But not as dodgy looking as the fuel filter, which looks like it's been off a fair few times. Removed the un-needed centre seal, which had swollen, and bled it. Still works.

finally got around to fitting new rear pads..old ones on one side almost down to metal, other side half used...sticky caliper fixed (will refurb old one for future...cheers to Drifty and Andysd1) gave lamba sensor a clean and there is a slight improvement, but still EML at 3000rpm or 60mph. Re: WHAT YOU DID TO YOUR TRUCK TODAY!Well last night..
after having a proper think regarding my EML and its various fault codes, and why they have appeared. I decided to re-check the trucks timing, for the third time...but this time with a proper timing light (ok it's a bit old, but it works) Now I can actually overtake things faster than a milkfloat..no longer will that old git on his push bike be up my rear bumper flashing his light... Yes..Result..It's fixed..motorway speed and no EML..no longer do i have to push my accelerator pedal through the floor to do 60...
