speed was 0 - 10 as i was sideways.
Airbag sensors measure deceleration and front ones only deploy in a head on collision so if you've kind of gone in sideways you may have missed the sensor.

Glad you're ok mate. Give us a shout if you need a hand on the repairs over the holidays as I dont live far from you. If its drivable I have the use of a nice warm dry workshop.

A frien of ours just flew his Merc 30 grand convertible into a field and trashed it but the airbags didn't work. Mercedes sent someone to check it out and it looks like they will pay his medical bills. The insurance have refused to pay for the car as he was over the drink limit. OUCH! Something to bear in mind over the Party season.

Nice warm dry workshop..............you are soooooooo lucky. I've got a farmyard. No roof, no walls. In summer it is too hot in winter too cold. The times in between it is the ideal time for doing farming stuff. GNARRGLE. A simple shed would be nice. Are you single? I can cook and Hoover.

I might have to take you up on the offer of a nice warm workshop im going to the stealers at dinnertime, got a mate working there so we can check the damage on the ramps if it still starts. im just hoping there isnt too much damage behind the bumper cause its pushed back about two inches so rubs on lock. i'll keep you all posted when i get back
