Hi Bushwacker.
Sorry for the delay i didnt see the post.
I got it from someone by me who does all of the stickers.
It comes in two parts, the black circle and the vauxhall sign.
Just something to tidy it up a bit

Fixed the clutch pedal sticking down when cold by flushing the mixture of water, grime and DoT3 with nice shiny and clean(!) DoT4.

Pedal is now A) Not sticking down when it's icy and B) At a decent level again, and feels like it's actually attatched to something.

Refitted o/s/f drop glass to it's runner.Again.

Sorted out the dodgy tappet...

when i did my HG, i cleaned the lifters and soaked them for 24hrs..but when i put the cam back on one of the locator things on top of the valve spring wasn't seated properly..my fault i know, didn't check them all properly...and it fell out/off the spring...

so another £8 for headbolts (reused old but new HG (roughly 30miles old), don't think it'll be too damaged, but will keep an eye on it) a few quid for a little more anti-freeze..problem gone sounds good again.

next job..find out where the air is leaking into the inlet manifold ..that's for sunday daytime..not half 3 in the afternoon in the freezing cold dark with a pish poor work lamp

cleaned half a black sack of rubbish out the thing..........god damn a LWB can hold alot of rubbish and organised the boot slightly so i can easily get at the shovel for the murder victi...........er the getting stuck in the snow

Did a temp repair on the front drive shaft.....
I WILL play in the snow before it disappears..

used the newly repaired 4wd system in the snow/ice today & ive gota say it was "absolutely awesome" & i cant stop smiling still a nightmare to stop though

i fitted the speedo cable today to mine. god it was a bugger getting the grommet bk in

and on anouther note. when i started it was fine, by the time i have finished there was 2-3" of snow

just walked past it. its sitting on the drive waiting for the head gasket to be done in the new year.

Stuck the OLD hub back on, took my Bro home from Liverpool where ha had to bed down in a hotel as he couldnt get back to Chorley then we had to find his car and drag that out.
My hub is on its last legs, today I reckon cost a bearing and the transfer case fluid must be near empty now as its leaking and been in 4wd most of the day

But, TF leak will be sorted Monday as I have the seal

Selected 4wd lo, 2nd gear and ascended a 1:5 uphill covered in 4" fresh undriven snow. Hill had an 's' bend half way which was the challenge - climbed without any probs at all. What a machine.
