Re: WHAT YOU DID TO YOUR TRUCK TODAY!Put the lower cowling back on after fixing/bodging the clutch pedal. Found that there is a vent in the middle of the cowling, useful to warm nuts in the winter I think. Thats if I get the thing back on the road by then!

First up was replacing the air con compressor with with a second hand one I picked up last week, this was followed by nipping up and re-greasing the front wheel bearings to remove the play, I then checked and topped up all the fluids, checked tyre pressures, and hoovered out the inside. The wife got home just as I was washing my hands and promptly sent me out on an errand. I was most impressed to find the whining bearing noise has gone, just left with the noise of the V6 Just need to get it re-gassed and oiled before we go to France in a couple of weeks. Now time for a

It does get washed fairly regulary but it has never seen polish or t-cut since I've owned it, took me most of the day as well but it is looking loads better, still got a fair few scratches that are through to the primer though and its fair share of scabs that need knocking off and painting Next week its getting a pair of chrome steps Soon to be without a Frontera after 10 years of owning one

Discrete 360° spin and put flywheel back on bench. If you need something done quickly just ask a busy woman then get the f"k out of her way.

Replaced the center exhaust box, I did take this out but Mrs Quiteone I relented and fitted a new flexi section with box. Also fitted new water pump, Thermostate, cleaned all crude from the viscous fan and reset the timing when refitting the cam belt (Amazed that this was out, seeing as it was done at dealership on last service To Mrs Quiteone Suzuki (Tonka Toy) Jimny, next job replace clutch, Im looking forward to that Sunday took Now very Quite Frontera for run to Holkham Beach Gaz
