Re: WHAT YOU DID TO YOUR TRUCK TODAY! I SINNED THATS WOT I DID!I sinned today....
no worse than that.... I committed an unforgivable attrocity of epic proportions! I removed the BFG 33-12.50-15's of our 2.8 lwb, replaced them with a set of 31-10.50-15 Camac Terra A/t's.... and then wound them torsion bar bolts ANTICLOCKWISE and lowered the front down a bit I feel such shame and our truck looks so little now... I only put the 33's on for the digger weekend months ago, so it had a big set of muds on it so I didnt have to mess with extracting it and so I could get it whereever the digger was to kip...and wound the hell out of the torsion bars to get em not to rub...It needs a body lift really so they dont get chewed up through rubbing, and seeing as its dry at the mo up the woods and its doing a fair few road miles, it makes sense to run it on A/t's for the time being saving the muddies. Plus(ish) point is the roof will be a lot easier to clean now!! Check out the index thread below where pics/reviews from all our past meets can be found!!!!
click here for the SE Events Index/links Thread...see all the reviews and whats coming up soon! Looks like I'm in trouble with the Mrs's again... She asked me what I'd most like to do to her body... Apparently "Identify it" is not the correct answer! MAKE IT or BREAK IT! TEAMXTREME4X4 ![]()
Re: WHAT YOU DID TO YOUR TRUCK TODAY!Well at the weekend added a 35% window tint to the rear door windows and rear window.
Today got my 245/75 16 BFG A/T's fitted. Bit of a Fleabay bargain and my mate fitted them for me. Only up a bit on size but really pleased. Had to take the mud flaps off tonight though as I heard a bit of rubbing. Well happy with the beastie!! Cheers Alan Alan

Re: WHAT YOU DID TO YOUR TRUCK TODAY!Cured an annoying rattle, started several weeks ago from the rear of the Frontera, narrowed it down to the rear tailgate and found my 12mm Snap On socket I lost in the double skinned bit 2 years ago when changing the hinges, looks like I finally managed to bounce it free
Soon to be without a Frontera after 10 years of owning one
