hi, well i have taken the plunge and left my old series Landys behind, so jumped in with both feet and bought a 97 San Diego 2.5 TDS, only 107 k on the clock and some rust on the ends of the front bumper, oh and a million and one dalmation dog hairs in the back. I'm based in Telford, Shropshire, sunny west mids have a million and one questions so will start off with nice and easy stuff. 1) is mine a type A or B or what ? 2) Oil pressure gauge, turn ignition on and shoots through the roof, guessing its the sender, if so where on the engine is it ? Promise that from now on i'll endeavour to ask in the correct sections of the site......

Welcome to FOG..
ref: OIl pressure gauge..check that all the wires are secured to the pressure sender switch, My 2.0 was the same when i got it and after a fair bit of searching that was the problem. just pop the wire back on and job done
