Re: WHAT YOU DID TO YOUR TRUCK TODAY!Got home from work, cleaned rear diff breather, it was blocked and put some stop leak in the rear diff as a small leak, not yet a drip was developing at the rear pinion seal, so hopefully the stop leak and cleaned breather will cure that.

Re: WHAT YOU DID TO YOUR TRUCK TODAY!Took mud tyres off and put AT's on as driving to norfolk friday, put a lower mounted towbar on as I am going to be bringing back a trailer and motorbike. Tried to tighten the steering a little but have over done it abit due to a seized adjuster screw so will have to sort it tomorrow.

Re: WHAT YOU DID TO YOUR TRUCK TODAY!Finally fixed the niggley little problem with the radio and blowing fuses. Discovered that the previous owner had cut the vauxhall plug/pin off, wired the continuos live and ignition live round the wrong way, just "twist connected" the wires back together and failed to insulate properly. so out came the bullet/socket insulated connectors, splicing tape and the insulation tape.
so far no blown fuse and the clock tells the right time even better I don't have to re-tune the radio every time i start the car. The greatest lesson in life is to know that even us idiots are right sometimes

Cleaned all the oil and mud from under the bash plates, painted and refitted ![]() ![]() the toffee hammer was to removed the butter bolt from the bumper mount and to refinish the bash plate after Bala
