Took her for a test drive on Ainsdale beach and found that the ride has got a lot stiffer and she doesn't roll in the corners anymore and while i was there i ran into the Vauxhall Vectra owners club had a quick chat and one of them asked why i wasn't out having fun in the beast i told them i was saving it for next week for OUR national meet at BALA  must admit they had quite a few nice examples there ranging from standard to modified with kits and stuff all family stuff like us.

Coward...

Well after checking all the turbo pipe's i finally got rid of the screaching cat that was hiding downing there somewhere, fitted the permenant live to the 12S trailer plug, removed the mudflaps and the Chrome steps. fitted the CB

They will go back on, at some point, SWMNBO doesn't like it, +2" and little legs

Added some foam insulation around the transmission tunnelto try and quieten it down a bit in the cab... Seems to work quite well.

Added a second set of 2 x cigarette sockets to the right of the steering wheel for the GPS and speed camera detector.

Fettled and fiddled with the rear load cover I got just before christmas to make it fit and now I have a roller cover to keep things hidden from prying eyes ;-)
I also drink Port and I'm not ashamed to say it!

Opened passengers door this morning to find a pond in the footwell and a dripping passengers seat, hadn't seated the sunroof correctly so had let in most of last nights downpour  Hope I can dry it before Bala or Jude might get me some concrete boots for lake Bala :axe:
Tightened handbrake a little, patched up little exhaust blow and ordered another 31" mudder as not happy travelling to Wales with wrong size spare. 2 new recovery strops and a tree strop turned up in the post, think I've gone over my pocket money allowance this week and its only monday
