Cheers guys - 7mb's seems to work.

I feel I could do with a little more footage of Pete, SSteve and Luke - if any exists.

(Love the kids cheering)

Em, about the music that plays in on the dvd. Would it be possible to put in a feature to cut out the music. After the 3rd time watchin that intro on the frist page it gets annoying and im not into dance music at all.

With the trouble I'm having tryng to find a suitable music track, I think I mught just give the music a miss.

Personally, I like Pop, Trance & Rock, a bit of C&W - but nothing I've got seams to fit with the play day.

Maybe, I'll just gut a rap with all the cr@p that Ste came out with

Id leave the music out, nothing annoys me more on youtube when a offroading vid plays and its damned techno blaring out. Prefer just to hear the noise of the engines and play what ever i want on itunes.

But if you wanna rap by all means go ahead.

Personally I think a music track adds to the video. the mix can be such that the music does not dominate and engine noises can still be heard. I like the brief intro and think the choice of music was spot on. Especially as the track crashes in exactly at the same time the first car enters the water. Really good example of editing!! Well done lawrence.

Totally agree with Daz there!
Music Adds to the Video Footage and enhances the Viewing pleasure (Especially for those people who'll be forced to sit there and watch it!)
and I don't mind Music covering the sound of that flaming A/C Motor Seizing!!

(And the 2.2 Petrol Does Make a Big Splash and looks/sounds Mental with the Music Timed to it!! Blinding Editing)

Pried, have you ordered a copy of the DVD?

I just wanted to post and appologies that you have not recieved the DVD yet - I've been a little distracted regarding the lift.

Anyway, the update is that I have just finished a 1 minute intro to some copyright free music, that is then followed by a 27 minute main feature (no music).

I've done some of the individuals, but got a couple more to do.

The DVD case has been designed, and the -R disks and lables are "in stock"

Once all the wmv files are created, I need to author the DVD (create the menu) and compile it (that'll take a day and a night I recon!)

Anyway, appologies for the delay, but it is 80% done.

Hey Lawrence,

Sounds like you are doing a 'propper job' on this one with the menu and all.

In your own time mate, we can wait.

In anticipation,

Mat
