FOG express Tamworth to Lincoln/Hull or Nottingham

Am sorting a spare set of wheels from Griff in Tamworth and wondered if anyone could do a bit of FOG express for me please??
I live in North Lincs and work in Hull but have family in Nottingham who we visit.
Any help mucho appreciated.
