PLEASE NOTE, IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT IF YOU HAVE PUT YOUR NAME ON THE LIST BELOW AS BRINGING SOMETHING, PLEASE CALL GREG BEFORE 8AM ON THE DAY IF YOU AREN'T COMING, SO WE HAVE A CHANCE TO SOURCE THE SUPPLIES THAT WE WILL BE MISSING!!!

Please copy and paste the most current version of the list, with your name against the items you are bringing, feel free to add more if you wish (bearing in mind each item will need to be enough for 20 - 25 people, so feel free to double up...)
