New member, new frontera owner from lancashire

Hi everyone, and firstly thanks to admin for sorting my account out.

Well I have just bought a R plate 2.0 Sport Niagra, with an LPG conversion, for £1800 and registered here to find out more, - my Partners son has exactly the same vehicle, same colour (Green) and he mentioned the site, - he's usually known as flippant_guru on other sites, so might be here, although Im not sure!

Anyway, i live in preston, lancashire, and test drove the car, went okay, fairly tidy, LPG conversion swinged it over others i'd seen today, much nicer drive than a jeep Cherokee I test drove today, and 2 other frontera's.......

Anyway - HELLO!

What i have bought, hopefully get it day after tomorrow......

They were some quick replies, - thx, in all honesty it needs a left hand front indicator lense, and there is a small amount of rust on the left hand side of the bonnet, at the front, - some scratches on the spare tyre case, (think it was reversed into some bushes or such like!) other than that, its done 75K, is very clean inside, and the LPG bottle is under the car!

Thats a good lpg set up then, you kept the boot space

That rust on the bonnet is on about 80% of bonnets

Yeah, I figured it was a decent setup, apparently takes £25's worth, and will do 250 miles, which sounds okay to me, thought i did okay at 1800 quid, had seen cheaper without the LPG conversion, but, figured it was worth the extra 500 quid or so over others id seen without it, - i was really tempted at the cherokee's power (4.0), but the fact i only went 5 miles, from quarter full to warning light on the fuel gauge, had me worried LOL.......

Its from Preston mate, 4 miles from where I live, so may well have been seen around lancs a lot. Chap who owned it is called Paul.........
