HelloNew to here from Hampshire. Have come here for advice and perhaps to help someone else if I am able. We do not own a Frontera yet but decided to see what they are like from people that own them NOT people that own another make and don't like anything else. I found the site from Youtube video showing 2 Discoveries getting stuck at a Frontera owners day. I have thought about TDi 200/300 Discos but having owned many Vauxhalls over the years and looking at what you get for your money I am tempted to stay with them. Having now watched various Frontera off road videos they seam good enough for what we would be doing. We will be looking for 4 door diesel. Age is not a worry if it has been cared for.
Re: HelloHi there, and welcome to Fog, from another Hampshire member...
Hopefully we can answer your questions and get you trundling around in a car you're happy with. Jim...

Re: HelloWelcome buddy .
Frontera is like any other car mate , you pays your money and takes your chance ...... You do get a a lot of motor for you £ , iv had fronteras for 9 years almost ! Iv had my problems but iv also had a peugoet for the past 3 years ( the wife's drive) and we've had many more problems with that So again it's always a chance , good service history's always helps
Re: HelloHi mate and welcome to the forum. Each vehicle has its own traits. I used to allways have a 2ltr Sport "A" Series because they are good offroad due to wheelbase but i have now gone over to the 2.2Dti as i want it for better towing and not so much off roading. So basically take your pick fella there all great!!
