My Girldfriend Jo and I are ithe process of buying our first Frontera (Sport) and totally in the dark really as we know nothing about them at all. We are still in the looking / test drive stage. So i'm sure I will be posting many a newby type question.
I am a regular on other motoring forums. Mainly MK1 MR2 related as we have three of the them in our family. We are very actively involved in the MR2MK1 Club and are on the committee. Ironically this is all the cause to want / need a 4X4. We do a lot of track days in our MR2's and will be declaring the dedicated track car SORN as it's too uncomfortable for road use. We have a trailer and will be using the Frontera for towing to and from track. The Frontera will also be my daily drive.
Not having had a chance or the time to look around your smart forums properly yet, are there buying guides online? What are the common faults with these vehicles? anything we should be aware of owning these?
