Hi everybody. Just putting on here to say hi. have just bought a 2.2 dti sport after my Discovery gearbox & clutch decided to eat themselves.

After a week of driving the frontera have to admit im impressed. only thing to sort out is the obligatory air bag light being on intermitantly, so a tech2 is being ordered.

Having had enduro tyres fitted is ok for road - have yet to try offroad, wont take me long to get it dirty. bring on the snow!

Anybody any views on the reprogramming the controller (brain - ecu thingy) to up the Torque and Nags under the bonnet! reading the info also gives up to 10% better fuel efficiency. so any thoughts be appreciated.

Hi and welcome

You wont need a tech2 to sort the airbag light bud. Look under the front seats there will be a yellow connector, clean the contacts and re connect. Should solve it. If that fails you could always solder the wires together.
