Hi and welcome Ryan There's a few of us around in the S.E. region and with our own grown Frontera playground Along with the tyres, I'd look at the suspension lift in the first instance - easy to do on a Fronty

she only lasted a week off the road already driving around last night and was holding back then horrible sound like the exhaust had fallen off from the manifold followed by rattling i forght it may be the exhaust and heat sheild but as my luck has it lately it turns out that most the rockers have moved to the side and one come off and one snapped i dont want to risk removing the head and damaging the head gasket and bolts anyone no what could be the problem?

This posting may have been helpfull, on the other hand probably not... Either way, I may have had drink when posting it in which case it's probably not as helpfull as it could have been Work safe, and remember all technical problems can be resolved with a hammer, the trick is knowing where to hit it and how big a hammer to use (I often find it may also help to have a spare bit in the shed to replace the bit you have just mullered ) Work in Progress (or not as the case may be) I give you....
