Hi Guys,

I had a LWB Frontera Limited Edition (which most seem to be?) about 7 years ago and loved it, real work horse. Only money spent was servicing and a new clutch. Stupidly sold it in a moment of desperation.

Since have stuck to 4wd…

- Discovery - endless drive train problems.
- Subaru Impeza – great car but just too small.
- Freelander – Nice on road, capable off road, used it to pull rangrovers and x5’s out in the snow, good fuel economy… and then the freelander bite… you need a really big tool box and a even bigger wallet!
- Currently have Kia Sorento – Seems really nice, not used it in the snow but for a ‘pretty car’ goes well off road and tows no problem… but its just a little too pretty and immaculate to through my tools and rig in the back. The fuel bill is killing me!

So, looking to sell the Sorento, buy a old Frontera, have it converted to LPG for working. And a small 2wd family car for well family stuff.

I have tons of questions… cam belts, winches, common problems, off road meet-ups etc so will spend a few days looking round the forum the post any I can not find answers to.
