Going topless !

Hey guys,

I am just looking into buying a SWB Frontera so I can put the bike away for the winter and have something a little less ordinary for playin with the rest of the year !

The one's I'm lookin at are around the 2000my (white indicators etc) as they seem to be a bit nicer looking and there are a few low milers knocking around.

Not fussed about takin a petrol as will only be doin low mileage, but want to know are there any major faults to look for firstly? Should I leave the Towbar'd one's well alone ?

Also want to know how they respond to off roady type tyres and how long does it take to get the roof off in the spring ?

Any advice would be cool !

The roof takes about 20 mins to remove when you've done it a couple of times. have a look at my members ride thread to see what they are like with offroad tyre on
