workshop manual on cd

Hi to you all, i am known as archfolk, and have just purchased my first Frontera. 3 door 2.2dti rs. Having looked on the net for a workshop manual on cd. My Frontera is a series B, i do not know which one to purchase. Could anyone recomend one. Many Thanks.

I could do wi' a manwell too, mines the B series 5 door version, so if anyone knows the place to go for these t'would be appreciated

I am a newbie, just bought a 2001 3.2V6 Olympus Sport as a back up to my BMW 3 Series which is pants in the snow. Did you find out where to lay hands on a manual as mine is exhibiting all the classic Fronty warning lights EML, ABS etc.
