, i'm a member on a few motoring forums namely VVOC and VXON and have been on these forums for quite some time so i know how forums work 
so i'm not gonna call myself a newbie, although technically i am.i've driven vauxhalls for the past 10 or so years, vectra cdx, omega TD, cav gsi 4x4 and vectra sri dti estate. i like to maintain my cars myself, one of the best ways to help through this i've found is the excellent support you can get from owners forums, also having trade club at vauxhall and having OPCOM diagnostics i can sort my own problems rather than get turned upside down at the stealers. and also helping others out on VVOC and VXON and wouldn't have a problem doing so for you guys (and gals) here should it be needed.
right why the hell have i registered on fronteraowners if i drive a vectra? simples i'm gonna buy one, well for the missus. and what better way of getting to know the frontera is join the frontera owners.
right yes i'm buying one for the missus, there is a number of reasons for this firstly the main principle use of this motor will be taking the missus to her place of work via the school in the morning, she needs a car to do this as time wont allow any other way. why not a small runabout? that brings me to reason two its also my backup car as i work 20 miles away and there is no public transport for me at the times i commute. and thirdly why not have a weekend car to have a bit of fun in, i'm warming to the idea of this greenlaning (not even sure what that is) and offroading!! never done it before but when i get a frontera i sure am gonna have a go sounds like fun, and my little lad will love it.
ok so far i've been looking at which frontera should i buy so far i'm locked in on a frontera B with the 2.2dti lump LWB trim level i have yet to decide, this could change in my time on here and i wont be buying one till april, june time.
