The noises you are hearing maybe the exhaust.

The crack in the manifold will need drilling, grinding a v grove then welding.
Or replacing with new.

Thanks for all of the welcomes....

Ken has one set left so im gonna reserve/buy them tomorrow.

The noise was the manifold gasket -> CAT leaking. They didnt use sprung washers on it when it was replaced! All done now, full service and trans gear oil changed. Running sweet again.

Anyone know where i get a Falken A/T 15" in hertfordshire.... Cant seem to find anyone nearby.
