It did but none of them worked i applied twice for a new password. And both of them didnt work

In what way didn't it work I need more info in order to help you, did you recieve the email? was it the password in the email that didn't work? or was it something else?

Done it (phew) and if you turn your phone on its side the keyboard gets bigger. So it eliminates fat finger issues

Sorry guys it was my fat fingers and new slidy phone that was doing it. Thanks to everyone that was trying to help me but like i say it was me catching other letters as i was trying to type
