Hello from Scottish Highlands by Roughshooter on Sun May 19, 2013 9:16 pm
Hi
I live up here in the Highlands about 20miles north of Inverness
Been looking for a 4x4 for a while to pull the other halfs horse box. A friend had seen it for sale and told me
I dove by and had a wee look......Had a chat with the owner and after a jump start and a few minutes freeing the brakes (not been used) for 3mths had a spin round the block I was then told it had a coolant issuse!!!!. Buy then I was hooked dont know why.. A small amount of money changed hands and I drove the short distance home

Tub a Red 2000 (W) 2.2DTI had arrived a wash a hoover and I found the coolant issuse a very wet passenger footwell and a swimming pool of antifreeze was discovered.....Looks like Ive a project to get sorted by end of month as first horse show of the season is 1st June. Clearing garage after work tomorrow and Tub will go in to find the problem....

So theres the story of how I got a Frontera and ended up here and all this took place today
Looking forward to some fun and neeting some other owners if there are any this far north

Cheers Be lucky

Welcome aboard!

20 miles north of Inverness, is that via Beauly or over the bridge?

You could post the techy question in the relevant section and the information to assist will soon appear.

Apparently "Identify it" is not the correct answer!
