just phoned about a 2L sport in bargain pages but was allready sold I'll get there! Probably not the right section to ask this Interesting news about the "New" Nivas good old ones are V Hard to find now!

Old 2.0ltr C20ne engine's were bullet proof and they were clearence heads so if cambelt snaps you dont normaly do to much damage. The 2.2 however has the tendency to blow head gaskets quite offten! Hope this helps bud. Bobster. Comments on Betsy here please!!! viewtopic.php?f=115&t=56282

Re: Hi all another Newbie here :-)Welcome Aikido, I understand Niva's are back - on sale in the south east but in LHD only. Was tempted by one years ago - more able than a green oval due in part to the front and rear diff locks!
