But Horses45 and 4x4bobby the midlands reps are more kinda north midlands, so they take in any waifs and strays from the wilderness that is the Northeast...

There is a fair few members up there mate, but its just not as active as some of the other areas in the country...

What it needs is someone new with loads of enthusiasm to try and get a meet going up there....well volunteered that man!!!

Find a good pub, kinda slap bang in the middleish somewhere, and stick a thread in the Northeast section...

Give plenty of notice, a month I would say, and maybe see if there are some Byways nearby for a bit of laning if you wanna...

See what kind of take up you get...

I am sure there are members up your neck of the woods who would be interested in getting something going, and would support you mate.

It might take a bit of persistance, but I have confidence in you :wink:

From the top of my head James Bass and Robbie are in that area.

I had planned on volunteering for this myself, as I have tried a couple of times to get a NE meet going. Sadly though other than myself and Robbie, no-one ever meets up. Robbie and I meet fairly regular at either my house, his or his girlfriend's for a cuppa and a chat, and also speak on Facebook, phone or text to get advice and help eachother with our trucks. You're more than welcome to tag along the next time we meet up. I'm actually seeing him tomorrow at his girlfriends as he's gonna have a look at the rear diff on my truck. You could PM him and find out if you could call in and introduce yourself if you like.

Where in the North East are you actually from? I live in Kelloe, Durham. Robbie is in Cramlington, but his GF lives in Stanley.

it quite a hard slog as i tried over here and can tell you that quite a few meets it's only been me ,nottingham and snugsstella or just sometimes 2 of us but just keep posting a meet and with time more foggers turn up any probs pm me or just post your question and we will try and help as much as possible

luke have a look at the map and look for a central place near you ,then pm the members near your area that way you have a larger chance of members coming to the meet but remember some members come on just for info but you dont lose anything by sending them a pm. need any more help dont hesitate to ask or pm me
