F.O.G. fundraising day/weekend

i was talking with Mr&mrs tom, are new adopted mum and dad of the site,

we are going to try and put a fundraising day or weekend together, the money collected will be just for FOG,

tom is looking in to getting a field down his way, which is a bit bumpy, where we can run 4x4 training on, also getting some of the new clothing range in, and a bouncy castle, so we need some more ideas

If the field is for free to use ,Maybe charge an entrance fee to enter & park their vehicles say a £1.00 and if its for the weekend, then charge Campers a price to camp, and donate the money to FOG!
BBQ stand, whereby the punters pay for the food ..

Is this field in a central area? or is it yet again waaaaaaaaaayy down south?

Think all of the above would be a great idea, especially hiring Alex for the bouncy castle!! :lol:

charge a 10r per head in to field and include a bbq burger n hotdog and beverage if any1 plays guitar get live music on
the place will be packed and fogs pockets will be lined with the dosh

My brother is a top notch guitarist and enjoyed the Bala meet, so if there are any other musicians perhaps we could put a band together!! :dance:

just need to come up with a cool name for the band, any suggestions :?:
