Whose form/research is this ? Is it for CRAG or some education facility in Warwickshire. Is it just for Warwickshire of the whole of the UK.

Sorry for being a sceptic, but being asked to fill in a form with no explanation seams a bit strange. What will the results be used for - banning 4x4's from the countryside becase they cause damage and nusience ?

(I saw a similar post on Difflock entitles "Fill in this form")
