just to bring you up to speed on this little problem, we drained the water, flushed the system, took the rad of and cleaned the bala mud out of it, using a hose and just the flow of water it would not go through the rad, so after an hour or so, the water flowed through the rad, (and i mean the Finns) 90% of the Finns where blocked, put the rad back in put 4L of anti-freeze in and topped of with water, let it run for a bit to make sure no air in the system, and replaced the cap, all good, until yesterday when he said it had lost some water, well we could see where this had come from, it was leaking from the thermostat housing, that will be next, probably the weekend, if admin wants, this bit can be split and moved to relevent section, thanks

Remove thermostat housing and some blue silicone gasket  I love Enya and I strangely enough like the panpipes  Nice vids!
