Just a length to move your intake towards the bulkhead, I know yours is a bit different but it can still be done, plus being a diesel with an intercooler the warm engine air isnt an issue :wink:

I think on the petrols it would affect performance dragging warm engine air in, but I suppose if you dont mind a bit of a loss you could figure how to use it protected inside the bay when laning and then turn the hose around to a cold air feed for the journey home?

I know I got the idea of cutting the wing in mine out from a picture of you doing his. I just wanted to be there when you take a grinder to your V6 :twisted: I'll offer words of encouragement like in for a penny in for a pound and that's the wrong wing mate :lol:

You should be fine if you take it slowly through the water, but you could always do what Box has done for more peace of mind rather than go the full snorkel route as yours is a DTI :wink:
