Think I'm going to rename it the Wild Welsh Brokeback Mountain Weekend
Think its time to get back on to the STRAIGHT and narrow original topic

No problem Dan, but that's only If you wash and wrap them up in Bubble wrap to avoid them getting bashed together if I go over any rough stuff, and more importantly, damaging my camping gear cos Ill have to carry them around with me on the back seat on the Sunday.

Just to wet your appetite for the weekend, we are putting a night run on the Friday for those that get there early enough, 2000hrs,
Its not difficult except its a bit on the narrow side in places  so I will be jumping in with someone else as Ghost is a bit too wide
No comments on me being a big fat barsteward please Andy.
Our Phill (Sir Doris) the route master, will be along to post up the routes he has worked out for the weekend shortly.
We still have a couple of unconfirmed places if anyone wants to put their name on the reserve list.

I'm wondering, due to the damage I inflicted on my Sport yesterday, if it might be possible for me to drive up in the Volvo and cadge a lift with someone for the laning on Saturday.

This would be a great opportunity to be a groups photographer and I suppose if push comes to shove, a gate opener.

I will be camping independant, so no worries there - smoking preferred, but not compulsory.

I know my Sport is "tatty", but I do wonder if a now even more severly beat up 4x4 on the lanes might attract too much negative attention, and bring FOG some negative attention it does not deserve.

Open to offers

Dont be a poopoo bring the car, think how many mangle series farmers drive, get the sport up there is what is for after all
The car is legal and as long as your not trialing there can not be a problem

If I was worried about image I would leave Andy in Liverpool :rotfl: :rotfl: :drink:

I can't even open the bonnet at the moment, untill I can prise away the bullbar - maybe that's a little off-topic. I'll see what I can do this weekend with the spanners (a big hammer, a length of rope and a lamp post  )
