Annual Spanner Party/BBQ 2012 21st-22nd July

Postby 4x4 bobby on Mon Feb 27, 2012 3:58 am

Well as Chrissy has already put something on FOG about this i might aswel start the thread for our Little meet that gets bigger every year!!!!

Annual Spanner Party/BBQ 21st July - 22nd July Date Confirmed.

PM for Address!

Starting Saturday ending when you fall over and ill be in bed before then!!

Anyone who has never been to one, this is a spanner party for your vehicle's and you are welcome to use my tools. Other members that have been before will know that i have quite a few. (Hands off Gregster!). We have a BBQ in the afternoon and any donation's to the food is more than welcome. Bring you own booze aswell. The banter is second to none and all efforts to have a good day is the objective. I always invite my neibours but we still have to remember other people live close too.
Well cant think of anything else at the moment, So keep watching this space.

I'll start it off then,

Me and Angie. I'll try and break the truck between now and then so theres summit to fix. Oh and thanks for putting up with us all again
This posting may have been helpfull, on the other hand probably not... Either way, I may have had drink when posting it in which case it's probably not as helpfull as it could have been

Work safe, and remember all technical problems can be resolved with a hammer, the trick is knowing where to hit it and how big a hammer to use (I often find it may also help to have a spare bit in the shed to replace the bit you have just mullered ;) )

Work in Progress (or not as the case may be) I give you.... 'O-no' the truck.

Comments on 'O-no' the truck may be left here

Yes son you and the family are welcome without asking and Leo and family can come if he wants to.
The caravan will fit 2 people and its the first to phone and book it IAN xxxx
food will be served as normal as long as the cosmic chef is burning his belly and tools will be avaiable as long as Bobby opens his shed... :eh:
I would like a list of jobs so that the old fart remembers who wants what doing to their trucks otherwise someone may be disappionted and he will need help with every job as hes not as good health wise but he won't tell you that he will just make himself poorly. :lolno:
