Yep it certainly is, took about an hour to pull him free. Was hilarious watching him get air then plop glug glug glug glug. The mud is like glue and even though ive washed and scrubbed my hands i cant get the smell off.

Gazeddy has it on vids and rob has a few pics. Dont think they will be up tonight but one never knows. I just need better tyres on the 2.8 for better grip i was just spinning. Constantly snatching the rope to get him out and some how bent my to bar up. We could get close enough to dig properly as it was that wet we sunk in it our selves and all the while he was there he was sinking lol

Not clunking is it (clicking is ok and probably just the hub)though...cos my money is on front diff sooner than hub matey...(sorry to be the bearer of bad news)...remove the bash plate, drain the front axle(3/8" drive) and use a magnetic pickup tool to have a fish around in the bottom, you might find a tooth or 11...
Hopefully your clutches will cool and be ok, the glass over sometimes when they get hot, like brake pads do, and after a week or so will be back to normal when the shinyness gradually wears off...heres fingers crossed for you cos that aint a cheap or pleasant job to do...
