Just Spoke to Mark the landlord of the Royal Oak and he confirmed that we are ON for the Christmas meal tonight :D :drink: :party:

Was great a fun evening good company,good food & good beer what more can you ask for in a festive preamble :D possibly a bit of sillyness methinks & we had a first :shock: the landlord rather than complaining about the normal tree robbing actually lent me the best ones from his family tree,they were HUGE & even had built in multi coloured flashing lights 8) 8)
Thanks to all who came & particularly to G for sorting it :drink: :party:

We were showing minus 12.5 degrees most of the way home,was good to be in a car with a working heater :dance: breeding 2.8's & RangeRovers :butt: :rotfl:

Twas a good un wor it, Great Pub ,Company and Food :D 12 of us plus two young uns turned up for a great night out despite the heavy covering of snow on the roads, just shows what these trucks can do.
I enjoyed that game of name that song, very impressed with Neil getting it on one drumbeat :shock:
Those Baubles will take some beating next year Bern :lol:

If you are coming over this way take great care as literally the only gritted road is the M54,ALL others are "interesting" but on the plus side there is no traffic to get in the way :wink: :lol: :lol:
