Not a car insight just the great people!
It also shows what a great fun Family day out it was

I was a super day out. Farley Quarry seems to be turning into quite a good F.O.G meet, it is always well supported and everyone goes away with a smile on there face, talking about it for days later. :D

I'll put any money on it that I will be arranging another meet there sometime before June to celebrate the arrival of "PROJECT FUDDY MUCKER II".

Keep watching the Midlands Section.

Meet the Treg

Postby Danny-Treg on Mon Jan 21, 2008 10:31 pm

Hi everyone,

Just thought I'd introduce myself, the name is Danny - I was the "fool" driving the Touareg! What a great day!

A big thanks to everyone who attended. I spoke to a number of people - was overwhelmed by the friendlyness and organisation at this event. I hope to attend further meets - think I could do with some tyres, a suspension lift and a skid plate first though - will wait until she is 10 year old though until I get a snorkel, have seen what happens when you get stuck in H2O!!!!

I understand the day was a celebration of a birthday and also to celebrate the life of a sadly missed friend. I thought this was very touching that you all cared so much and dedicate the day so.

I'll be watching for other events and hopefully see some of you again.

Fantastic!

Danny

PS: The crunch on the "Big One" didn't actually do any damage - I can't believe it!

Welcome mate. Good to see a "SHINEY" having a go.

In your defence you had a go a virtually everything obstacle and did'nt make a bad job of it on most of them.

Got to admit though, I was at the bottom of the hill when you went up it & that bang DID sound EXPENSIVE.

As for us lot here at the Fronty group, you won't find a better bunch.

It was me who's birthday we where there for and what a great day I had.

I even had a birthday cake brought for me. The first one in 34 years. : :D

Hopefully see you again in the near future. And next time, feel free to ask for a passanger seat ride in a REAL offroader.
