I've had a reply back from 4x4Funday regarding under age drivers:
Thanks for your e-mail. All drivers 18 yrs or older with full UK driving licence. What risks you take on site whilst "no-one is looking" is up to you ..... we do not allow under age drivers. Hope the above helps. Look forward to seeing you soon Regards Richard 4x4 Funday Ltd http://www.4x4funday.com

There's a few pictures of Aston Cantlow here.
If I recall correctly, and depending on rainfall, there are three mud areas; a small dirty lake, and long, 3 car wide mud run and a real pig of a bog.
The mud contains an element of clay, so make sure you hose out those radiators after use.

I'm no 4x4 instructor, but if you would like me to sit in your passenger seat and pass on some of my Frontera off-road experience, just ask. No garentees though, more of a metaphorical hand holding function.

Hi After steve's reply to my message of welcome I thought I would come and check out the link he left. This sounds like a great chance to get my new (old ) fronty dirty! Would love to join in the fun. What sort of time do you think the day will be starting? Also its far enough away for me to have a few weeks to get used to the fronty and find out if the money I paid for it should have gone straight down the drain......
Dazliss- Definatly, Maybe

The gates open at 10am and are closed around 4pm
The site is mainly a couple of grass fields, with some low man-made climbs. Depending on the weather, there might be a couple of mud runs and a pond to play in.
This site is suitable for novices, especially if you just want to try 4WD on slippy grass, although you'll be tempted to try the other areas.
A good social event (I've been twice before)
