If there is a problem with numbers camping over, you might want to remove Sandy and I off the camp-over list as we live relatively local - this might make it a little easier to book the remaining pitches.
Then again, if there is space, I'll pop along for the social.

If I can get Definate Numbers for Pitches for Monday
I can approach them with some concrete Information!
AAh hell, If I say 14 Pitches and more Drivers Turn up, some of us can double-up! I'll pop down there and speak to them in Person!
Might be better than a Call!

Right,
First Binton Social Club.
Cannot Take us! They're Fully booked for a Jaguar Caravan Rally!
They don't usually take Tents as they have no Bogs after 11:30pm when the Social Club (Nice inside there too) closes!
Second Island Meadow Caravan Park.
They only have 5 Pitches remaining for Tents on the 16th so if we totally FUBAR'd then we can at least have the Tourists somewhere!
Prices Start from £5 for a Single Berth Tent to £17:50 for a 6 Berth and £1 for Extra vehicles!
http://www.islandmeadowcaravanpark.co.uk
I've been Driving around the Surrounding Countryside around Aston Cantlow all flaming afternoon and seen nothing!!
But I'm still checking Local Tourist Information and Yell.com

Plus £1 Per Extra Vehicle (Although there is Off-Site Parking for maybe 3)
Then You'd have to get them all in your Sport.
Seriously though, guys, we may need to look into Doubling or something!
There is Site Facilities but no Bar!!!

Hows about we get together and all chip in a few quid say £10 each for a really big tent (cheap of course) then any one who wants it after the weekend could buy it or we could keep it for future event or even ebay it for the group.
Just some thoughts.
Big tents are cheap now at the end of the season

Seriously thinking that's a good idea but then it'd be
How do we persuade the Campsite to take us?
But nice Idea, I've got Matt (HL3) looking from Cov to Soli on Sites!
