Frontera 2.2 timing belt marks

Hi, I'm new to this so plz take it easy on the newbie. I've a 2.2 tdl 16v, was hoping someone could help, I'm looking any info on timing chain marks or any diagrams to help me out, as I said I'm new to this and doing work myself. Many thanks James.
