Re: WHAT YOU DID TO YOUR TRUCK TODAY!Well, this afternoon saw me tool up with a pressure washer, shovel and a bucket of soapy water to clean the Bus up for the MOT.
And yes, i needed the shovel - after cleaning the bodywork, I jetted the underside and was suitably amazed at the amount of Northamptonshire I brought back with me from avalanche. 3 big bucketfuls of mud came out from under there Now, just to flush and bleed the braking system, and the inevitable handbrake adjustment, then sling her in for the MOT and see what happens. Once she passes, time to dig out the alloys and treat the old girl to a new set of winter tyres, I think. Jim...

Nipped up both front wheel bearings. Replaced n/s/f outer CV gaitor. The old one was in pieces Flushed entire cooling system and refilled. Fitted larger front spots Fitted 2 nearly new AT's and a new AT on the spare (got all three inc one wheel for £50) 2.5 TDS Put 50 litres of Bio in it Replaced rear wiper blade Replaced rear door handle Hopefully cured oil leak Just need to fix the central locking

flushed and changed engine oil, changed power steering fluid, waxoiled inside the sills, started to sort out rear bumper bits, changed indicator lens's, made new battery clamp, changed air intake pipe. i think that it all

loosened body mounts ready to drop body back down pulled the rubber fuel filler pipe off (looks more like a colander) now need to find a replacement stopped the steering column controls wobbling
