was a real pig to do . when i done the fronty it was easy as there was big gaps on the body pannels to run the wires through. but with the trooper i had to run them between the inner and outer wing then in the bottom of the a piller and straight to the dash. but like i say was just trying to fill my day a bit.

Had a conversation about a Mk1 trooper sadly the person decided he gonna take it for himself it was F reg 2.6 petrol for £100 was sitting in a barn for couple of years he going to stick a 2.8 in it and run for few month and sell it for profit . he told me about it an i asked get more info sadly he decided he wants it i may take the 2,6 engine of him and bolt it to my gearbox and try wire it up

Ah well gutted but maybe another bargain will come along

The 2.6 is a gutsy engine ... not as good as the 2.8 though. It is only slightly more gutsy than the 2.0 (C20NE) but should have more torque. There is one in a scrappy near me.

I fixed the spot lights on Beasty's nudge bar. Turned out to be a dodgey earth within the lamp. Just needed to clean the contacts slightly.

changed gearbox oil again new box seems ok no metal in oil fingers x

As I can't bend down, lift anything or even drive at the moment , I had to draft in some assistance to sort out the binding brakes on the back of the Dti.

Thankfully middle child offered her assistance and did a bluddy good job



Unfortunately it started peeing down before she was let loose on the airgun to take the wheels off

She was at Avalanch with her sister and they were both the most well mannered teenagers ive ever had the pleasure to meet! They are more than welcome at my home anytime they want with there dad.
