After reading through some posts last night, I got it into my head today I wanted to remove the roof :lol:

So, goes on a hunt for the hubbys tools, follows the step by step guide (thanks vaux_2) and took the roof off

I'm quite proud of myself, although I wasn't prepared for how bulky and heavy it was too lift down :oops:

its not that bad if you remove the sunroof it makes things a lot easier trust me i know i've done it :dance:

surely the little sunroof wouldnt make that much difference

cheekychick trust me it does i had to learn to remove and refit alone you take the sunroof and you can grab the foof further back and it makes it easier...... alot easier

Got it a nice new green mot and fixed the rear window reg

I have'nt work on my truck but i have worked with it ! I had to replace some boards in the horse box so i thought i would start and give it a coat of paint aswell.

changed the fuel filter and fitted a cb aeriel

today
i finished wiring up my new elec rad fan, so that is now done, and wile i was doing that i made the light on my cb and fan switches work, so they now light up when on

Today,Polished half of Gracie May with Tcut and Auto Gleam and a sander, maybe it will look better when I finish the other half of it :dance:

Drove 330 miles to collect my new tyres (well... used) 267/75/16 BFG muddies, about 8ml tread for 80 quid. And as an added bonus the guy had a tyre changer so we fitted them straight away :dance:

The truck got 30mpg at 55mph for the trip as well so all in a good day
