don't do a thing to the truck but ordered a 2inch body lift kit. i will have to go buy some WD40 now

Replaced mileometer bulb,brake bulb and fixed loose steering column.All ready for its mot friday.

i did nothing to it but drive

put me 250 miles on it just as a shake down make sure i got everything right when i put the new engine in,
guess what.............................i did :shock:

now to the fridge :drink:

then to the doner car for a 3 inch suspension lift and a rear winch :roll:

you gotta love trucks

oh yeah changed my insurance over to the truck from a highly tuned corsa and it only cost me £94 extra a year...WINNER :dance:

Finally got some work done on mine. Fit the new bull / nudge bar, wired the stereo into the ignition instead of the permanant live

and fitted new front and back speakers .. changed the oil filter and did an oil change.. cleaned in out out and jetwashed the underneath and the engine and got the hubs back to chrome. now just gotta get underneath and clean all the rust off ready to be under sealed :evil:

next on the list roof bar and lights and wire the spots in on the bull bar

Not today but did sat/sun

Mounted the recovery points that fudge made, nicely sandwiched between the bullbarplate and the plate on the car, seem strong enough as they easily coped with Gregster pulling me slightly up one of the slopes on the SE site, will get pics of them soon enough of them mounted to car and painted up (probably tomoz as its forecast to rain atm)

took the side steps off at last :wink:

ended up grinding off the rear bracket because i got fed up looking at them

oh & my trooper springs have just arrived :wink:

Put more anti freeze in Gracie~May, now she can stand temps -32 instead of the -5 that was in there :dance:

Tinted my windows (rear), removed side steps and greased my nipples :wink:

Not today but yesterday got it dirty :mrgreen:

These are angled step mounts with heavier bars on, sadly they rotted away but did the job, the problem with just plain steps is they are too low, angle them up and you will get more clearance and protection :wink:

Would love another set though
