Tonight the cavalier thought it would be fun to blow its header tank while doing pizza delivery's 
. after a quick head scratch a remembered that the truck has the same header tank. So brimed the cavalier with water and drove to were the truck is parked up (only a few miles) and took the tank out of the 2.8 and put it into the cav. Filled it was water and went back to work 45 mins later 
. I hate old cars because silly things like this keep happening.. But I love then because they are feking easy to fix lol

Truck... Fixed the passenger seat after the cushion support split. (Someone needs a diet....)
O-no... Fixed the drivers seat after the cushion support split. (Someone is def going on a diet! )
Little one has now got herself a wee Citroen C3 so OiC HF gets her Volvo 850 back and I gets O-no back, think she's driven it more than I have since we got it.
Bonus, with O-no back it's now time for a 2" lift, winch, snorkel and CB on it. Watch this space...

Fitted a pair of OME rear shocks took off the rear anti roll bar and replaced the bouncy es9000 pro comps on the front with some fairly stiff german made ones
got them very cheap off "that" site and give it the once over ready to battle the Landys at KORC next weekend

Today i spent a couple of hours giving the poor girl a bit of a spruce up. Added a new second hand rear carpet the rear headrest, original Frontera rubber mat's and fixed the leak on the gearbox cooling pipes. Oh! and threw a few cans of black spray paint in the back!!!!!
Just got the towbar to sort and the new wheels to put on then insure her ready for the dreaded MOT!!!!

since this weekend has been rather poo weather i got to work on my rear disc convershion for the duck
so now it is very close to be ready to fit, just need 2 lwb hand brake cables. and that is ready

Cleaned the interior, polished glass and gave it a good clean for running the turbo in later.
