Well I bunged on a new rear wiper blade.....woohooo :lol:

oh and did this as I had the net knocking around from a Sport and I can put my sweets in it on a long journey (saves the packets rolling off the seat :oops:

)

fixed my oild leak with new rocker gasket and cleaned some breathers, the crank breather was completely chocked with gunk. never seen one quite as bad as this before

Yesterday, changed the complete exhaust system. Did the rear brakes at the same time, hand brake cables, discs, pads and shoes. Noticed that one of my rear output shafts is a bit damp so another thing on the list to do :roll:

Currently sat in the bug, charging the battery and getting the fluids up to temp.

Didn't want to start ot jump start so had to roll it back for a bump start. I guess the starter/solenoid had stuck.

It's of for a pre-MOT next week to see what needs to be done - it'll then be decision time.

Finally put a new air filter in, must say the other one did a good job of stopping a bit of blue roll from getting in engine must of got suck up through the hole at the front grill for air intake apart fro that it was done anyway

got some power back

Drove it back from Preston after a long holiday involving geting it covered in mud ... rain water on the M6 washed most of it off though

Hoovered out the shorty checked all the fluids then started to load up the pod ready for the Wales trip on Friday morning

Well drove the truck back from the garage last night and its had it, the engine for some reason has lost all oil pressure and is rattling its bag off. This is now in the parts section as i'm breaking it. I would like to get another Frontera when funds permit but unemployment not good at the moment and at my age not a lot out there.

Picked up a completre 2.8 Frontera engine yesterday to replace the 3.1 Trooper lump in my Frontera. Started designing an engine cradle tonight so I can move the engine around and sort out a few bits prior to it going into the Frontera including changing the sump gasket and rear crankshaft seal
