Finally fitted my new springs from mgauto, very impressed with the result, took most of the afternoon but got there in the end! Also did the torsion bars of course!

Went laning yesterday. Started on the Wayfarer wich although very wet not too much deep water Coming down Whitestones was a bit hairy due to alot of the track on the edges being washed out.
Great day out many thanks to Trugga for organising and map reading Did some great lanes I'd never done before.

As Ratcav suggested, I took the jetwash to Viper's undercrackers so its a bit cleaner for when we do the clutch next weekend.....just need to return the 3 ton of kent countryside back to the woods if anyone would like to take it down to the picnic :shock:

Took mine to Whaddon near Milton Keynes for a play, got home and appear to have an oil leak....should i be worried !!!.

Its dripping off the bash plate, will investigate when mud is dry...lol

Oh yeah also my battery light is staying on...alternator or battery ??

, and to collect a log burner from heanor on my way there

Have been driving it to work all week and bloody great fun! After putting that lifter treetment in its been running realy sweet!

looked at it today

then wrapped the power steering hose in tape, then a bigger hose, then jubilee clips :lol:

lets see if this gets me through the week :twisted:

It was an impulse purchase to be honest, i hadnt planned on getting another it was whilst i was stood looking at the 2.2 and thinking "i cant really damage that". I dont wana ruin the 2.2 cos its pretty mint to be fair so il think il just sell it on to someone that wants a good honest tidy truck, its more a family car than a mud muncher

Drove to Coventry and picked up a nearly new exhaust for the 2.2 :thumbup:

Not done a lot to Sophie, although I collected a set of rims for Greg with her...

The BBB though, is lacking a fair few bits now, perparatory to going to the Mad Saffer's place tomorrow for major heart surgery :shock:

Well after a few days standing the old v6 would not fire up so time for a new battery before winter, then while i was there thought may as well service it while its still warm so did oil, all filters, coolant flush and new antifreeze , new denso iridium plugs and a couple of new wranglers hp aw on it too so hopefully that's most stuff sorted now :dance:

Replaced the power steering hose
Took it to Shepard hydraulics
And they made me a new one while I waited :dance:

nothing at all got all the rear brakes stripped new shoes pads springs disks/drums just waiting on the handbrake cables to arrive and the motor factors have the wrong ones will be delivered tomorrow. so went to the pub to console myself
