This is what I got done to my Fronty this week:-

Just got to get the paint to do a complete re-spray,which is next on the list to do in the next couple of weeks. :lol:

New sump bash plate fitted.

Clever bit is it hinges down so i don't have to remove it when doing checks and oil changes.

Not today but yesterday, fitted and wired the 2 over ride switches for the electric rad fans.Stretched the front bumper mounts and bull bar to match the body lift and splashed some paint over the weldy bits.

not as much as i would like, wanted to prime the drivers door after a rub down to smooth off and taking off the shine, it rains, bugger bugger bugger :evil:

ive gone out dried it twice with a smile on my face ready to go walk in make a brew , walk out and its buggering raining again :evil:

spend a couple of hour's on the rear end today
relocated the rear number plate to the tailgate,
lowered the spare wheel mounting point so i can see out of the back window

moved the tow bar up by 4" so i now have less to dig in to the ground with :lol:

before,,,,,, i can't see the green car behind me

after,,,, i can see it now

2" body lift & 2"suspension lift

Big Dav,it took 5,000,000 tubs of T1PPX to paint the door. :lol:

It was about time I got the door painted,its only taken about 2 or 3 years to paint the door. :lol:

When it gets re-sprayed,it will be getting done inside an old caravan awning.

car is starting to turn in to patchwork LOL rain stayed off enough to do a little roughing and primer , will do a wing tomorrow.
God i think i would have finished the truck in 2020 LOL

I fitted a nice 30 amp push button to finish my ignition bypass. If you dont know where it is you cant start the truck so a little bit more secure as well

Fitted my muds on again ready for strata

Yesterday I painted the front and rear towbars , the engine and fuel tank guards

Today I tinted the rear windows (this is to help keep the kids cool in the sun)

. Dont you have any problems with the front towbar grounding out whilst laning/off road as it looks quite low!? :shock:

finally got the rear brake pipes fitted and the whole system bled trough..took slightly longer than expected due to both front bleed nips being siezed and then blocked, luck would have it that I had a couple of spares (somehow these appeared to have fallen off and landed into my toolbox from my last scrappy trip)
