Hi Guys :D
sorry to ask but do all Fronty's come with a guard that protects the tank or do you have to buy that separate please? and if so how much do they cost please?
Sorry for posting it here but I wasn't sure where to put it
Thanks

Its a standard Item Roo, wouldnt be much use without one off road, my old one is on the drive by that split tyre. They are made fom metal and will take a hell of a pounding but the trucks are at an age now where they are starting to rust through. I got a 2nd hand one for 20 quid in good nick when I replaced mine tho.
I also drink Port and I'm not ashamed to say it!

Got underneath her and put all the pipes back in their relevent clips that have fallen out. Checked rear diff levels. General look around for oil leaks and found one that I think is from one of the power steering hoses so they all got cleaned and tomorrow should show which one (it's only a small leak but it has made alot of mess, fluid level a little low so it's been topped up) looks like the "wind" from the belt has blown it all over the passenger side suspension/steering components. Also found a drop of oil on the sump plug so again cleaned prior to tomorrows re check.

neither leaks appeared to be serious (ie oil/fluid p**sing out all over the place) but there is a lot of mud and grime that it has soaked into making it look worse.

Key damage has now been resprayed, and what a job that was.
Had to take the affected areas of the panels down to bare metal, prime, and respray.
Just need to wait 24hours to blend the paint then lacquer and jobs a good'un.
Traffic lights in London are just rough guidelines

Took it for the MOT and failed on the steering column being loose!

Replaced the three top bolts and will be back for the retest next week!

Got a scary list of advisories - discs all round, corroded brake pipes, perished CV boots - none of which were bad enough to fail but still means more £££££'s to find and out with the copper pipe and the flaring tool....

Well I did all the jobs I was going to do yesterday today as she had me doing the garden

Well today stripped and cleaned rear brake calipers and did an oil change and jet washed the underneath.
The jet washed most of the house and next doors, cleaned the mini shed out and a bit more gardening
