Really need to investigate getting that and how good it is for the 2.8/3.1 fuel pump. Cannot find anyone here in Norwich that stocks it either.

The 2.5 I had ran superbly on Bio , and from what I have read the 3.1 is very tolerant. Can't comment on the 2.8 though I'm afraid.

96p per litre around here. Depends on where you live , I'm pretty sure that Yaki pays 80p per litre.

Trooper boys have been using non-diesel fuel for years with no hassles and the pumps are the same. Cannot see an issue personally, but it is one you want to get right.

Hopefully got to the bottom of the noise when I'm in 4wd.
Lots of play in the rear UJ on the front propshaft. Removed the UJ to find this:
Frontera UJ cap on the left for comparison - The Trooper one on the right. Note the snapped and rusted rollers
For whatever reason whoever designed this UJ thought it was a good idea not to fit grease nipples 
New one ordered from Milners. In the meantime I'm in 2WD
