liffting points for a hi lift jack

i was looking at a hi lift jack for my truck . so were do i put it to lift my fronty do i have to fit jacking points or will the metal bumpers be strong enough :twisted: :twisted:

Ive seen Fronties up in the air off bumpers, but wouldnt myself. The rear chassis is easy to access and a good lift point could be put on either corner and even center if you dont have a tow bar.

Front and sides are a bit tricky as it must drop from Chassis before coming out.
Fronty no.4, pimp mobile Treg 3.2 LWB lifted 2.5"

Fronty no.5 2.8 swb hd coils +2" 31"machos.

Lifted the front on the Bullbar :shock: :shock:

No problems, just make sure the handbrake is on proper like :!:

Did try the back as Carl demonstrated on my breaker, make sure you chock the front wheels and the jack doesn't try and lift both rear wheels off at the same time :!: :!:
Soon to be without a Frontera after 10 years of owning one :-(

There was concrete blocks to stop it rolling forward

on my pic .....theres 5 holes left till the top of the jack ....and the rear wheel is only 2" clear of the ground :shock:
