Hi there
I'm in Padstow, so not particularly close to you.

Albeano is in Truro and visits Baldhu more often than most. If you go there be prpared to get scratched/dents, some of its quite tight and there are bomb-holes/water holes you don't want to visit.

Jim and I usually go down there with the guys from Hilux Surf site, have a look in here

Plymouth offroad club are doing a day there. I went out with them a week ago to a very clay based off road site. It was abit too sticky and most were going nowhere. I winched a landy and trooper out of the gloop and a hydrauliced suzuki out of a pond. At the end of the day most of us were stuck at the bottom of the site un-able to get through a hole which was as deep as your wing mirror one side and so high the other that your door was trapped up against the bankside. I ended up going in and winching myself through and then pulling the next through, he would then do the same for the car behind etc. I have some new scrapes and dings  I had to go buy a new pressure washer the next day as I had no chance of getting the clay off otherwise. Just your sort of place John

Hi and welcome,

was down your way last year in my A series Fronty, came off the A30 too early and ended wrong side of the ferry. But what i saw and drove you have some great roads, (well more dirt lanes). you should have some fun driving round that part of the world.

anyway, welcome
