http://i79.photobucket.com/albums/j159/ ... ure031.jpg allthough they are the same height ....the new springs are made of thicker metal old .. http://i79.photobucket.com/albums/j159/ ... ure033.jpg new.. http://i79.photobucket.com/albums/j159/ ... ure032.jpg also don't forget the SWB's are lighter than the LWB's ![]()
Re: Trago Mill's offroad trackthats what i thought that yours would be longer to take the weight of the long wheel base where did you purchase your springs? how much? if yours are no good il have to buy some more i have a mate that will make any thing he is going to make me a bumper also mvoe my spring mounts to give me some lift if i wont but not sure if that a good idea? thanks for pics il have a look at mine tommorrow when i get it back from the garage it fail mot but not too bad anti roll bar bush gone!!
Re: Trago Mill's offroad trackmy springs & shocks came from these people .. http://www.tbruk.com/index.html?lmd=39379.390671 ....and cost £380 ish quid .i know thats quite a lot for 2 springs and 4 shocks ..but OME is good quality stuff
![]() ![]() DO NOT move the spring mounts ... ..lift is attained by fitting larger tyres ....to accommodate the larger tyres a suspension and/or body lift is carried out (i've got both on mine) wonder if your mate is the one i spoke to on the "Devon4x4 forum" about making me a winch bumper at his workshops in exeter ![]()
